Job Summary
Floating Site Coordinator in Out-of-School Time program coverage role. Provides short-term site coverage across multiple school-based programs, stepping in during Coordinator absences, implementing existing lesson plans when available, and facilitating high-quality activities. Focus on maintaining a safe, engaging environment, supervising students, supporting staff, and communicating effectively with parents and on-site staff. Requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and ability to follow licensing/organizational policies; duties include transportation coordination and potential van driving, attendance/record-keeping, and timely handoffs to permanent Site Coordinators. A high school diploma or GED is required; relevant CDA or higher education credential and/or coursework in education are preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Evening/after-school hours align with 1:00 PM–6:00 PM schedule and 25 hours/week split across program sites.
Required Qualifications

- Experience caring for at least four school-aged children in a child care setting (1 year)
- Ability to supervise students and communicate with parents and staff
