Job Summary
Plan and implement daily academic enrichment classes while supervising school-aged children enrolled in the program. Provide a positive, safe, fun, and memorable experience for all children and families by serving as a leader, mentor, and role model. Facilitate consistent communication with FKO families and encourage participation in all activities to help children realize their potential. Operate with the character values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in mind. This part-time position offers daily paid planning time, professional development days, and opportunities for college course credits and scholarships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Pass CORI, Background and Fingerprint Check
- Experience working with school age children (5-14 years of age)
- Creative and fun personality
- Excited and committed to making a difference in children's lives
- Willing to accept other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
