Job Summary
Provide a positive, safe, and fun before-school environment for children aged 5-14 by supervising enrolled students and implementing daily academic enrichment classes. Facilitate consistent communication with families while serving as a mentor to encourage participation and realize full potential. Operate with FKO's character values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility to support holistic learning beyond the classroom. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 9:00am. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass background checks, and demonstrate a creative personality suited for youth development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Pass CORI, Background and Fingerprint Check
- Experience working with school age children (5-14 years of age)
- Creative and fun personality
- Excited and committed to making a difference in childrens lives
- Willing to accept other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
