Job Summary
Chief Product Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and operating full-stack cloud-native systems with agentic AI at scale. Lead end-to-end development from architecture through deployment, ensure high availability, monitoring, and fault-tolerance, and implement CI/CD, canaries, telemetry, and automated testing. Role emphasizes autonomy, ownership, and collaboration within a cross-functional team; requires 8+ years of experience across frontend/backend in AWS, and a Bachelor's degree in CS (or equivalent), with US citizenship. Responsibilities include shaping a new product from the ground up, mentor/supervise team members, and deliver secure, scalable software products. Remote work is hybrid with on-site presence at Booz Allen facilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a CS field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience building and operating production-grade full-stack applications in AWS
- 8+ years of experience in front-end and back-end development (Java, Python, or Go)
- 8+ years of experience shipping products commercially
- 6+ years of design/architecture experience
- Experience mentoring or supervising teams
- Ability to lead end-to-end ownership from architecture to deployment and support
- Ability to demonstrate work samples
- US citizenship required
