Job Summary
OU Tech Partner in India supports delivery, operation, and ongoing improvement of digital and technology solutions aligned to Organisational Unit priorities. Delivers, coordinates, and supports configuration, testing, and release activities; collaborates with OU business users, global product and platform partners, and vendors to ensure effective delivery, adoption by business users, and stability. Monitors performance, logs incidents and defects, and supports change, release, and operational processes. Follows secure-by-design practices and governance, data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements for India-based delivery. Contributes to Agile or hybrid delivery teams and builds platform, domain, and delivery knowledge. Requires 2–4 years in digital/tech delivery or IT support; experience with CRM, marketing technology, digital experience, analytics, or eCommerce; strong collaboration with cross‐functional teams and vendors; comfortable with fast-paced, global environments.
