Conduct user support daily by resolving customer issues and answering inquiries across four sales departments covering Real Estate, Auto Moto Nautika, Marketplaces, and Tourism. Collaborate with the Product development and Technology teams to enhance platform stability, security, and new feature delivery. Work within the Business Intelligence Lab to analyze product performance and support marketing initiatives that promote new offerings to over 1.1 million active users. Engage in general HR coordination for recruitment and employee retention while maintaining a culture of trust and continuous learning.
