Job Summary
The 310T Truck & Coach Technician role involves maintaining and repairing company vehicles to safety, ministry, and company standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, performing road tests and service calls, and keeping accurate maintenance records to support reliable fleet operations. Must comply with safety protocols and OHSA, repair/road-test equipment including hydraulic and electrical systems, and provide on-road support as needed. Requires a valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licence and a valid G Driver’s Licence, ability to diagnose faults efficiently, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work late when schedules are delayed; occasional holiday/weekend work may be required. Required Qualifications
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licence
- Valid G Driver’s Licence
- Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems
- Experience with mechanical diagnostics and road testing
- Strong safety and OSHA/ OHSA familiarity
- Team-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to work late hours and some weekends
- Desire to maintain accurate maintenance records
