Job Summary
DZ Driver/Picker at Miller Waste Systems is responsible for the safe, timely collection of residential waste streams including yard waste, blue box, green bin and garbage, delivering courteous, reliable service while complying with safety, environmental and municipal regulations. Duties include loading waste up to 50 lbs, making 800-1200 residential stops per day, adhering to the MTO and municipal by-laws, and returning receptacles to residents’ properties in the same location they were removed from. skills emphasized include safe operation, customer service, teamwork, physical fitness, and knowledge of waste streams and transfer/landfill facilities.
