Job Summary
OTR Truck Drivers needed for Shaffer Trucking (Crete Carrier). Earn pay per mile with CPM between $.66 and $.69, top 50% avg pay around $101,176 annually, orientation pay, per diem options, quarterly safety bonus, 401(k) and profit sharing, and family-owned stability. Drives long-haul routes, can take truck home, access to nationwide facilities for maintenance, and low brokered freight. Includes benefits like health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance. Primary duties involve operating assigned tractors to haul freight, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across long-distance routes.
Required Qualifications
- CDL license required
- OTR experience preferred
- Hazmat endorsement may be required
