Job Summary
Safely operate company service vehicles to rack and hoist vehicles for inspection, then perform on-site tire installations and repairs for OTR and large equipment vehicles at customer locations. Maintain a clean, organized work environment while caring for tools and equipment, and work independently in all weather conditions to provide reliable roadside tire service. Adhere to safety procedures, job duties, and company policies, and complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations. Requires a valid CDL A or B, high school diploma, and willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B)
- Ability to pass pre-employment driver's file
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours
- Previous experience working with OTR, heavy-duty, or commercial tires
- Capability to safely change and repair commercial tires in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 75 pounds regularly
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 250 pounds occasionally
