Job Summary
OTR team driver position based in Bloomington or Stockton, CA. Team drivers earn top-of-market split CPM with all miles paid. Compensation includes 80 cpm split with all miles paid, $50 stop pay, bi-weekly pay, and a 34-hour reset. The role features a team driving format to maximize miles and earnings. Requirements: valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, residence within 60 miles of Bloomington or Stockton, CA, ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen. Benefits/Perks include safety bonus every 6 months, DOT inspection incentive, referral bonus, vacation percentage pay, paid bi-weekly, and an OTR performance bonus of 4 cpm on all paid miles.
Required Qualifications
