Job Summary
OTR Team Driver position based in Bloomington or Stockton, CA. Team drivers earn a top-of-market split CPM with all miles paid; pay includes 80 cpm split, $50 stop pay, bi-weekly scheduling, and an OT/R performance bonus every 8 weeks. 34-hour reset offered. Requirements: valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, DOT physical and drug screen, and residency within 60 miles of Bloomington or Stockton, CA. Benefits include safety bonuses, DOT inspection incentives, referral bonuses, vacation percentage pay, and paid bi-weekly pay. Location-based role with regional OTR driving and team format.
