Job Summary
OTR Team Driver based in Bloomington or Stockton, CA; 60-mile radius. Team drivers earn 80 CPM split with all miles paid plus Stop Pay ($50/stop) and multiple bonuses. Schedule includes a 34-hour reset; team driving format to maximize miles and earnings. Requires a valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen, and residence within 60 miles of Bloomington or Stockton, CA. Benefits include safety bonus every 6 months, DOT inspection incentive, referral bonus, vacation percentage pay, bi-weekly pay, and additional OTR performance bonuses (4 CPM on all paid miles).
