Job Summary
OTR Team Driver role based in Bloomington or Stockton, CA. Team drivers earn top-of-market split CPM with all miles paid and stop pay. Drive in a team format to maximize miles and earnings, with a bi-weekly pay schedule and bonuses for safety and clean inspections. Requires a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen, and residence within 60 miles of the listed CA locations. Benefits include safety bonuses, inspection incentives, referral bonuses, accrued vacation pay, and periodic performance bonuses. 34-hour reset offered; OT pay bonuses apply on all paid miles.
