Job Summary
OTR Team Driver role based in Bloomington or Stockton, CA. Drive as part of a team on over-the-road routes within a 60-mile residency requirement; competitive pay includes 80 CPM split with all miles paid, stop pay, and bi-weekly pay. 34-hour reset offered. Benefits include safety bonus, DOT inspection incentive, referral bonus, vacation percentage pay, and an OTR performance bonus every 8 weeks (additional 4 CPM on all paid miles). Must maintain a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, pass a DOT physical and drug screen, and reside within the specified California radius. Team driving format emphasizes maximizing miles and earnings.
