Job Summary
OTR Team Driver role based in Bloomington or Stockton, CA. Team drivers earn top-of-market split CPM with all miles paid; pay includes 80 cpm split, $50 stop pay, bi-weekly pay, and a 34-hour reset. Team driving format aims to maximize miles and earnings. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, residence within 60 miles of Bloomington or Stockton, CA, and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen. Benefits include safety bonus every 6 months, clean DOT inspection incentive, referral bonus, vacation percentage pay, paid bi-weekly, and an OT bonus of 4 cpm on all paid miles.
