Job Summary
OTR Team CDL-A Company Truck Driver drives as part of an over-the-road team operating tractor-trailers on assigned routes, with a pay package that includes up to $110,000 annually per driver, a $15,000 sign-on bonus per team for a limited time, weekly settlements, and benefits (health & dental, 401(k), paid vacation, rider policy). Earns up to 0.81 CPM. Requires valid Class A CDL, age 23+, and verifiable OTR experience in the recent 12-24 months. Must comply with FMCSA/DOT regulations and provide dedicated home time.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 23 years of age or older (21 years if prior military)
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months or 12+ Months Experience in Last 2 Years
- Must meet FMCSA/DOT driver regulations
