Drive OTR reefer freight routes with 90% customer-based consistency across the Northwest, Midwest, South, and Southeast. Maintain home time within your 70 while managing daily dispatch coordination for refrigeration carrier operations. Operate late-model trucks with on-site mechanics support and utilize friendly 24/7 dispatch for route planning. Earn weekly compensation ranging from $1,920 to $2,160 based on 3,200–3,600 miles, supplemented by bonuses for safety, breakdowns, detention, extra stops, layovers, and performance metrics. This role requires two years of verifiable CDL-A experience and offers additional pay opportunities including per diem and daily bonuses.
