Job Summary
Deliver and install televisions and appliances in customer homes, removing defective products and securing items in box trucks to prevent damage. Package return goods for safe delivery to distribution centers while providing superior customer service and updating clients on delivery times. Update customers about delivery times and expectations, and ensure all operations meet FMCSA regulatory requirements and state laws. Travel approximately 50% to 75% of the time, including 3-4 overnight trips per week. Occasional driving only based on business needs with no established weekly hours promised.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, delivery, appliance installation or related
- Clean driving record
- Pass DOT medical examination
- Ability to secure F endorsement, if require by licensing state required
- Class A or B license preferred
- Will be occasional driving only based on business needs
- There is no set amount of established hours promised per week
- This position is expected to travel approximately 50% - 75%
- Travel regularly includes overnights: 3-4 nights out per week
