OTR Dispatch Manager

Oversee daily dispatch operations for the transportation network, leading a dispatch team to optimize routing and scheduling of drivers. Monitor productivity, provide coaching and development, and organize workflows to ensure task clarity. Manage dispatch across portfolios in line with company policies, analyze metrics to identify efficiency improvements and cost reductions, and ensure quality, service levels, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments. Resolve escalated issues with drivers, customers, and staff; support peak inbound dispatch activity; assist with order entry, chats, and ticket management. Collaborate with Accounting and Operations for month-end reporting and with IT to resolve system issues and implement enhancements. Ensure SLAs are met and coordinate scheduling, PTO approvals, timesheets, and coverage. Partner with People & Culture on hiring and employee development. The role requires leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and proficiency with dispatch systems and Microsoft Office.
