Job Summary
Conduct regional line-haul operations hauling oversized and overweight loads on step deck and removable gooseneck equipment, securing and transporting specialized cargo with 100% driver load/unload responsibilities. Perform 25% tarping duties and operate mostly manual semi-trucks governed at 69 mph across a fleet of 35 trucks, including Freightliners, Macks, and Western Stars. Maintain a schedule averaging 2,100–2,500 miles per week with 5 expected days out, earning 28% of the load and receiving two days of home time for every five days worked.
Required Qualifications
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- 2 years Flatbed experience
- 12 months Heavy Haul experience
