Job Summary
OTR Company Driver with CDL-A, responsible for safely operating a variety of commercial vehicles across routes, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining the highest safety standards. Home daily. Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 after 90 days. Quarterly Safety Bonus: $650. Competitive benefits package, including 401K with matching, medical, dental, and health insurance. Fuel cards, sick pay, weekly direct deposit.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A driver's license
- 1 year of recent verifiable experience
- Located in the Vincennes, IN area or willing to relocate
- Never previously failed and/or declined a drug/alcohol test
- Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as delivery driver experience or shuttle driving is highly desirable
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure mechanical integrity and report any issues promptly
- Follow all safety regulations related to commercial vehicle operation, including automatic transmission handling adherence to traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and address any route or vehicle concerns
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance records
