Job Summary
CDL Driver responsible for safely delivering products to customers and providing outstanding service. Duties include driving intrastate and interstate, conducting pre/post trip inspections, complying with DOT regulations, maintaining daily and weekly hours as required (8–14 hours per day, up to 70 hours per week), and supporting productive workplace interactions with the team. Must have a valid Class A CDL and a current Medical Card, be at least 24 years old, and possess a minimum of 2 years’ tractor/trailer experience. Proficiency in English and effective communication are required, with the ability to handle non-standard work hours and maintain consistent attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Legal eligibility to work in the US
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Current Class “A” CDL
- Current Medical Card
- Must be 24 years of age in accordance with Section 391.11(b)(1) of FMCR
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience operating tractor/trailer equipment
- Up to three minor violations and zero accidents in the last 36 months (driving record criteria)
- Up to two minor violations and one not at-fault accident in the last 36 months (driving record criteria)
- No major violations in the last 5 years (e.g., DUI, reckless or major speeding violations)
- Able to work non-standard hours including overtime and weekends
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
- Must be willing to drive Intrastate and/or Interstate
- Familiar with DOT Regulation
- Workdays may range between 8 to 14 hours per day
- Work week may not exceed 70 hours
- Conduct pre/post trip inspections of trucks and trailers, including the checking of tire pressures
