Job Summary
OTR CDL A Driver home weekends on regional routes IL/PA/NJ/OH. Role requires minimum 1 year CDL A experience and DOT qualification; drivers haul LTL, dry van and refrigerated freight, dock-to-dock pickup/delivery, and may interact with rail yard operations. Compensation includes weekly pay with a guaranteed $2,000/week and a $15,000 sign-on bonus (first installment in 2 weeks); average weekly gross reported as $2,760 with weekend reset. Benefits include health, life, dental, vision, 401(k) starting day one, vacation, and various bonus programs (Safety, Inspection, Stop Pay, and Performance). Equipment includes Freightliner Cascadias and on-site fuel, with a company-wide emphasis on safety and support. Required Qualifications
- One year verifiable CDL A experience
- CDL A license
