Job Summary
OTR CDL A Driver needed for long-haul routes with weekend home time. Role includes hauling LTL, dry van and refrigerated freight, dock-to-dock pickups and deliveries, and nationwide runs with terminals nationwide. Compensation features weekly pay with guaranteed $2,000/week and a higher average of $2,760/week, plus bonuses (safety, inspection, stop pay, and performance-based bonuses). Benefits include health, life, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan; company-paid life insurance and paid time off; and equipment upgrades like Freightliner Cascadias, on-site fuel islands, and sleeper amenities.
