Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver needed to haul Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, and Expedited freight across multiple regions with flexible lanes. Expect 100% no-touch freight, non-forced dispatch, and opportunities to run dedicated lanes when available. Enjoy home-time flexibility (not guaranteed before 2 weeks) and operate in a high-autonomy environment with strong operations support. Must meet CDL Class A, have 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience, maintain a clean MVR/PSP, pass DOT requirements, and be proficient with mobile devices for updates and documentation. Freight mix includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited, with options to run East/West/South corridors and seasonal high-profile freight. Salary: weekly $1,500–$2,000 with paid weekly payroll and comprehensive benefits; 401(k), PTO, health/dental/vision/life, HSA, and referral bonuses. Location: Fort Smith, AR. Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
