Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver position with RTS offering $1,500–$2,000 weekly and weekly pay. Drive freight across multiple regions with flexible lanes, non-forced dispatch, and 100% no-touch freight. Options to run East, West, South, or preferred corridors; opportunity to run dedicated lanes when available. Home time is flexible, with no forced rotation, and agents can stay out longer if desired. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), HSA, and various supplemental pay. Requires CDL Class A and 2+ years of verifiable experience; clean MVR/PSP, ability to pass DOT requirements, strong communication skills, and comfort using mobile devices for updates and documentation. Location: Warren, MI, USA. Freight mix includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited; No-touch freight; partial emphasis on seasonal freight and Indianapolis-area operations. Only 3 positions remain; independent, driver-driven operation with professional operations support.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices for updates/documentation
