OTR CDL-A Driver at RTS with flexible freight lanes across regions. Operate freight across multiple regions with autonomy and strong operations support, including dry van, reefer, specialized, and expedited loads. 100% no-touch freight; choose lanes and whether to stay out longer within policy; weekly pay between $1,500 and $2,000 with benefits (PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), HSA). Requires CDL-A and 2+ years of experience, clean MVR/PSP, DOT compliance, and professional communication; must use mobile devices for updates. Home time is flexible and not guaranteed to be fixed; positions emphasize a strong driver-led environment with limited micromanagement.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
