Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver opportunity with a family-owned trucking company in the Indianapolis area. Drive freight across multiple regions with autonomy and strong operations support; options to run East, West, South, or preferred corridors. Freight mix includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, and Expedited, with 100% no-touch freight and the potential to run dedicated lanes when available. Competitive weekly pay of $1,500–$2,000, paid weekly, plus benefits and a 401(k). Emphasizes flexible home-time, non-forced dispatch, and a high-level driving environment with opportunities for seasonal freight and varied lanes. Requires CDL Class A, 2+ years’ verifiable experience, clean MVR/PSP, DOT compliance, professional communication, and comfort using mobile devices.
