Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver position with Renewable Transport Services (RTS) offering true OTR freight across multiple regions, including East/West/South corridors, with 100% no-touch freight, non-forced dispatch, and flexible home-time policies. Drivers choose lanes and can run dedicated customer lanes when available; option to run on recaps to avoid 34-hour resets. Competitive weekly pay between $1,500 and $2,000, paid weekly, with comprehensive benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), and HSA. Home time is flexible and not guaranteed on a fixed schedule. Experience driving various freight types (Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited) and the ability to operate with professional autonomy and strong support from operations.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices for updates/documentation
