Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver position with flexible freight options across East/West/South corridors. Earn weekly pay of $1,500–$2,000 with 100% no-touch freight, various freight types (Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited), and optional dedicated lanes. Role offers flexible home-time, open communication, and professional operations support; 3 positions remain. Home time is not guaranteed to be within a strict schedule due to true OTR status. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and HSA; compensation includes commissions and per-stop/layover pay. Location: Aberdeen, SD with no specified remote work arrangement beyond on-site operations.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices for updates/documentation
