Job Summary
OTR CDL-A driver with 2+ years experience sought for true OTR operations across multiple regions. Freight includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited with 100% no-touch freight and flexible lanes (East/West/South or preferred corridors). Drivers have professional-level autonomy with strong operations support, non-forced dispatch, option to run dedicated lanes when available, and potential to run on recaps to avoid 34-hour resets. Weekly pay range $1,500–$2,000, PTO, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), HSA, referral bonuses, and additional supplemental pay. Home-time policy is flexible (not a forced rotation) with no guaranteed early return, and overall environment emphasizes open communication and professionalism. Locations include Greensboro, NC with true OTR travel and a driver-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices for updates/documentation
