Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver needed for RTS with true over-the-road freight across multiple regions. Flexible lanes (East/West/South or preferred corridors), 100% no-touch freight, and the ability to shape weekly flow with strong operations support. Freight mix includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited; access to high-profile seasonal freight and options to run dedicated lanes when available. Home time is flexible (not forced) with potential for longer than two weeks out depending on base location and coordination. Competitive weekly pay between $1,500–$2,000, PTO, health/dental/vision/Life, 401(k), HSA, and referral bonuses. Requires CDL Class A, 2+ years’ experience, clean MVR/PSP, DOT compliance, professional communication, and comfort with mobile-device updates. Required Qualifications
