Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver for Freight across multiple regions with professional-level autonomy and open operations support. Freight includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited with 100% no-touch freight. Flexible lanes (East/West/South or preferred corridors); option to run dedicated lanes when available; home-time scheduling that is flexible and not strictly forced. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401(k), HSA). PTO and various supplemental pays (detention, extra stops, layover) with a feeder emphasis on no micromanaging and a big-operation environment. Requires CDL Class A, 2+ years experience, clean MVR/PSP, ability to meet DOT requirements, and strong communication; access to mobile updates and documentation. Location: Silver Spring, MD, USA. Home base flexibility and OTR freight across multiple regions with non-forced dispatch and potential for recaps to minimize 34-hour resets.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices for updates/documentation
