OTR with flexible lanes across East/West/South regions and 100% no-touch freight. Drivers operate with professional-level autonomy, supported by strong operations and option to run dedicated lanes when available. Compensation ranges from $1,500–$2,000 weekly with weekly pay, comprehensive benefits (health/dental/vision, life, 401(k)), PTO, and referral bonuses. Role requires CDL Class A, 2+ years’ experience, clean MVR/PSP and DOT readiness; emphasizes non-forced dispatch, flexible home-time, and limited micromanagement. Location: Louisville, KY; primarily OTR with home time not guaranteed and opportunity to select preferred lanes.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
