OTR CDL-A Driver role with RTS offering true over-the-road freight across multiple regions, non-forced dispatch, and autonomy with operations support. Freight mix includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, and Expedited with options to run East, West, South, or preferred corridors; 100% no-touch freight; flexible home-time policy (not guaranteed before 2 weeks, depending on base location). Positions emphasize running dedicated lanes when available, potential to run on recaps to avoid 34-hour resets, and seasonal/high-profile freight opportunities (IndyCar logistics).
