Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver for Renewable Transport Services (RTS) in Indianapolis area. Drive freight across multiple regions with autonomy and strong operations support, choose preferred lanes (East, West, South) or dedicated lanes when available, 100% no-touch freight, non-forced dispatch, and flexible home-time scheduling. Compensation includes weekly pay of $1,500–$2,000, PTO, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), HSA, and referral bonuses. Freight types include Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited; seasonal opportunities and IndyCar logistics; mix of OTR lanes and dedicated opportunities; requirement to maintain CDL Class A and DOT compliance, MVR/PSP clean, and professional communication. Home time is not guaranteed before two weeks, with options to extend term as needed. Freight is non-forced and operation supports allow drivers to shape their weekly flow.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
