OTR CDL-A Driver needed for a true OTR role with flexible lanes across East/West/South; operate freight types including Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited with 100% no-touch freight and option to run dedicated lanes when available. Drivers have non-forced dispatch, professional operations support, and the ability to shape weekly freight flow while maintaining home-time flexibility. Requires CDL-A, 2+ years of verifiable experience, clean MVR/PSP, and comfort using mobile devices for updates. The role offers weekly pay ($1,500–$2,000) and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision/life, 401(k), HSA, referral programs, and additional supplemental pay. Location is Bridgeport, CT, US with on-the-road duties and varying home-time depending on base location. Freight mix includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited with opportunities to engage in high-profile seasonal freight and non-forced dispatch. Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
