OTR CDL-A Driver role offering freight across multiple regions with autonomy and strong operations support. Competitive weekly pay of $1,500–$2,000, 26%–30% commission based on experience, paid PTO, health/dental/vision/Life, 401(k), HSA, and referral bonuses. Flexible home-time policy with no forced rotation; home time depends on location and coordination with operations. Requires CDL Class A and 2+ years of verifiable experience, clean MVR/PSP, ability to pass DOT requirements, and strong professional communication; must be able to use mobile devices for updates and documentation. Locations include Detroit, MI, US with true OTR work across multiple regions and no-home-daily limitation.
Required Qualifications
