Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver needed for RTS. True OTR with flexible freight across multiple regions, non-forced dispatch, and the ability to shape weekly flow. Freight mix includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited with 100% no-touch freight. Options to run East, West, South, or stay in preferred corridors; optionally run on recaps to avoid 34-hour resets. Home-time policy offers flexibility with no guaranteed schedule. Competitive weekly pay of $1,500–$2,000 and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and additional supplemental pay. Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
