Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver position with RTS offering true OTR freight across multiple regions, non-forced dispatch, and flexible lane options (East/West/South or preferred corridors). Not home-daily or every-other-day; 100% no-touch freight with a mix of Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, and Expedited freight, plus access to high-profile seasonal freight. Drivers enjoy weekly pay, PTO, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), and a supportive operations team. Home time is flexible and not strictly guaranteed to a fixed cadence. 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience and a clean MVR/PSP are required, along with DOT compliance and professional communication. Responsibilities include selecting freight, maintaining professional operations support, and utilizing mobile devices for updates and documentation.
