Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver needed for Renewable Transport Services (RTS) in the Indianapolis area. Drive freight across multiple regions with autonomy, supported by strong operations and the ability to shape weekly flow. Freight mix includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, and Expedited with 100% no-touch freight. Options to run East, West, South, or preferred corridors, with non-forced dispatch and occasional opportunities to run dedicated lanes. Competitive weekly pay ($1,500–$2,000), PTO, health/dental/vision/Life Insurance, 401(k), HSA, referral bonuses, and seasonal/flex freight opportunities (including IndyCar logistics). Home-time policy offers flexible scheduling rather than a fixed rotation; regular requests for home time are not guaranteed due to the true OTR nature. Requirements include CDL Class A, 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience, clean MVR/PSP, ability to meet DOT requirements, professional communication, and comfort using mobile devices for updates. This is a company-driver position with regional to national freight lanes and 100% no-touch freight.
