Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver needed for a true OTR role with flexible lanes across multiple regions. Driver will operate Freight across East/West/South corridors with autonomy and strong operations support, working for RTS, a family-owned company near Indianapolis. Freight types include Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, and Expedited with 100% no-touch freight. Options to run dedicated lanes when available; potential to run on recaps to avoid 34-hour resets. Home-time scheduling is flexible and not forced; no guaranteed regular home time. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), HSA, and weekly pay with additional supplemental pay (detention, extra stops, layover). Ideal candidates are experienced, professional communicators who can use mobile devices for updates and documentation, and who meet CDL Class A and DOT requirements with a clean MVR/PSP. Only 3 positions left and emphasis on high-level drivers capable of navigating flexible, multi-region freight with professional operations support.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices for updates/documentation
