Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver needed for true OTR work with flexible freight across multiple regions. Drivers run Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited freight with 100% no-touch freight and options to run East/West/South or preferred corridors. Non-forced dispatch; drivers choose what they run, with potential to run dedicated lanes when available and to use recaps to avoid 34-hour resets. Weekly pay ($1,500–$2,000) with benefits (PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), HSA) and additional supplemental pay. Requirements: CDL Class A, 2+ years verifiable Class A experience, clean MVR/PSP, DOT-compliant, strong communication, and ability to use mobile devices for updates. Home-time policy is flexible with no forced rotation; locations include Indianapolis, IN. Freight types include Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited; high-profile seasonal freight and a big-operational environment with professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices for updates/documentation
