Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver with 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience sought for true OTR freight across multiple regions. Driver will operate Freight types including Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited with 100% no-touch freight, and have autonomy with strong operations support. Flexible lanes available: East, West, South, or preferred corridors; option to run dedicated customer lanes when available. Freight is varied with access to high-profile seasonal freight (IndyCar racing logistics). Non-forced dispatch and the ability to shape weekly flow. Home-time policy is flexible; no guaranteed cadence but options to stay out longer if desired. Weekly pay range $1,500–$2,000 with benefits ( PTO, Health/Dental/Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), HSA ) and additional supplemental pay. Requirements include CDL Class A, 2+ years driving experience, clean MVR/PSP, DOT compliance, professional communication, and ability to use mobile updates/documentation. Only 3 positions remain and this role emphasizes a professional, low-micromanagement environment with open communication.
