Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver needed for true over-the-road freight with flexible lanes and no home-daily obligation. Drive Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited freight across multiple regions with autonomous operations support, non-forced dispatch, and the option to run dedicated customer lanes when available. 100% no-touch freight with opportunities for seasonal freight (IndyCar racing logistics) and a mix of OTR/dedicated opportunities. Home time is flexible and not strictly guaranteed, with drivers choosing their volume and routes. Position offers include weekly pay, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), HSA, and referral bonuses. Requires CDL Class A, 2+ years’ verifiable Class A experience, clean MVR/PSP, ability to meet DOT requirements, professional communication, and ability to use mobile devices for updates. Only 3 positions remain; environment emphasizes open communication and professionalism.
