Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver needed for RTS in Indianapolis area with true OTR freight across multiple regions. Roles include running Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, and Expedited freight with 100% no-touch freight, non-forced dispatch, and option to run dedicated lanes when available. Driver autonomy with strong operations support, flexible lanes, and weekly pay of $1,500–$2,000. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), and HSA; two-plus years of Class A experience and DOT readiness required.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
