OTR CDL-A Driver with 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience; Freight across multiple regions with professional-level autonomy, strong operations support, and the ability to shape their weekly flow. Offers include 100% no-touch freight, non-forced dispatch, potential to run dedicated lanes when available, and flexible home-time scheduling. Weekly pay with $1,500–$2,000 per week, PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), HSA, referral bonuses, and additional ancillary pay. Environment emphasizes open communication and professionalism; only 3 positions left for high-level drivers. Home time is flexible and not guaranteed on a strict rotation, given true OTR operations.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- 2+ years of verifiable Class A experience
- Clean MVR PSP
- Able to pass all DOT requirements
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices for updates/documentation
