Job Summary
OTR CDL-A Driver needed to haul Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, and Expedited freight across multiple regions with professional-level autonomy and strong operations support. Freight mix includes Dry Van, Reefer, Specialized, Expedited with access to high-profile seasonal freight (IndyCar racing logistics). Features include 100% no-touch freight, non-forced dispatch, options to run East/West/South or preferred corridors, and potential to run on recaps to avoid 34-hour resets. Competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,500 to $2,000, with PTO and comprehensive benefits (Health/Dental/Vision/Life, 401(k)); weekly paid with opportunities for bonuses (detention, extra stops, layover) and referral programs. Home-time policy is flexible, not a forced rotation, with the possibility of staying out longer. Requires CDL Class A, 2+ years of experience, clean MVR/PSP, and ability to meet DOT requirements; strong professional communication and proficiency with mobile devices are expected.
