Job Summary
Drive OTR box owner-operator routes under REAL LOGISTICS LLC authority with flexible scheduling and no minimum time requirements. Operate a well-maintained 2018 or newer trailer while utilizing FuelBook for live discounts and accessing nationwide shipper/receiver networks. Submit bills of lading by Monday for Friday direct deposit, ensuring all vehicles remain in USDOT compliance and pass regular safety inspections. Enjoy paid detention time and bonuses for clean DOT inspections, supported by 24/7 staff assistance and no forced dispatch policies.
Required Qualifications
- Driver needs to drive under our Authority
- Two (2) years of verifiable full-time CDL Class A experience within the past three (3) years
- Clean driving record
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months
- No serious preventable accidents within the past 3 years
- Well-maintained truck (Inspections needed that show Truck in USDOT compliance and safe)
- Proof of insurance ( Physical damage/bobtail insurance)
- Safety and maintenance inspections completed regularly
- No DUI, No SAP or Reckless driving
- No kids allowed while driving for Company
- Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Test
